This JJC lens star filters kit (4 points, 6 points and 8 points) is designed to create a starburst effect from point light sources such as the sun, a light bulb, or a candle. The filter's surface features fine, etched lines that produce four, six, or eight primary diffraction spikes extending from the light source. It is most effective when the light source has significant contrast from the rest of the image. The upper part of the frame has a rotation ring, allowing adjustment of the direction of the light points.
